Snack: French Vanilla sugar-free jello with 1/2 cup of freshly chopped strawberries - 90 calories
Dinner: salmon, veggiesssss -280 calories
Total Intake = 420
Exercise
30 minutes of elliptical - 300 calories
Total net intake: 420- 300 = 120
again too low -____-

My caloric intake is always too high or too low… never just right

Today I went on a 30 minute run then did 30 laps in the pool. Also tons and tons of walking. :D good stuff.
