Lunch: 1 cup of carrots - 50 calories Snack: French Vanilla sugar-free jello with 1/2 cup of freshly chopped strawberries - 90 calories Dinner: salmon, veggiesssss -280 calories Total Intake = 420 Exercise 30 minutes of elliptical - 300 calories Total net intake: 420- 300 = 120 again too low -____-

Intake: BF: 0 L: 270 D: 750 Exercise: 30 minute run -350  jogging up and down the stairs for 25 minutes - 300 stretching for 10 minutes- 90 TOTAL= 280 It was supposed to be 800. -______- My caloric intake is always too high or too low… never just right

Woke up at 4:44am again. -__- went for a run :D  did weights went walking went hiking went kayaking …. tanned?  yep. that’s my exercise for today. pretty dece i must say. I love hawaii. Perfect for my healthy lifestyle. :)
